Thank you for “The Nature of Ásatrú.” As a newcomer to this subject, your book has been instrumental in providing the understanding I desperately need.
Germanic/Indo-European religion isn’t supposed to be centralized. Indo-European/Germanic religion was also individually spiritual not a communal practice. That’s only in Abrahamic and Middle Eastern religions. Fate is a major part of this religiosity but not fatalism. Fate is simply the acknowledgment that there are certain realities that are inevitable so its always best to prepare for it like the permanence of death of the body and soul for the individual and that only some people, who are capable, noble and beautiful, by Western standards,, are fit for marriage and child bearing not all people especially those who fail to prove themselves throughout their life like you’re truly. Indo-European religion was ultimately about the person, man or woman, proving themselves worthy of a good and free life and a good family who will honor their name and legacy not some religion with prescribed morals and rules meant for the masses; its a religion that naturally arises among a noble and unique race, the Nordic race, and nothing less than that.
Tribal religions are never indivisualistic. The very nature of their existence disproves this. The only religion that supports what you say is Protestant Christianity, which pushed for a “personal relationship” with their god. “The Masses” are the tribes, which could have involved thousands of people.
How can I get my family into your society? I love your information and education you provide. Been a pagan for 4 years, my ancestors are from upper and middle Europe, my blood is crying out. The structure of your society will be fantastic in educating my family and myself.
My question is the Norrana Society a group like AFA, as an example, a group you can join and eventually become a member. I’m looking for structure in my learning so I can direct my family.
I live in Georgia, so not close you. I am not trying to be a burden, just seeking wisdom. Your group is the most balanced, and informative. I have purchased many books and watch your YouTube channel.
Thank you
How do I get in touch with you? I’m getting chills right now. I must contact you and find out more. Please reach back out to me. I can’t find your org or you, Mark Puryear, on Telegram.
My husband asked me to reach out to you. He is looking to get The Asatru Edda for his people in prison. He would like to have the price of the books to give the chaplain at the prison. HIS NAME IS Patrick C Noble #319996, Luther Luckett Correctional Facility, PO Box 6, LaGrange, KY 40031. Thank you for your time.
Did Norroena publish a book with a title of Hleivagar, or something similar? I have a costomer looking to buy it, and I am entirely unfamiliar with that book, but they claim it was one of your books. Thanks, Charlie 402-393-1121
Found you on YouTube and absolutely love your channel and what you are doing. I was wondering if there are any meetings or get togethers that you guys do, as I would absolutely love to attend anything like that. Do you have a newsletter or anything like that with upcoming events?
Hello, I am a Chaplain in the Florida Department of Corrections and help inmates at Lake CI in Clermont, Florida. We have a group of men pursuing their faith in Asatru and I was wondering if you ever donate materials to prisons to assist the men in their journey. If so, you can email me at the attached email and I could provide a donation form. There are 4 of them at the moment but we have had limited to zero followers the past few years and have virtually no materials. Or, if you can point me to an organization that could assist that would be great too!
Thanks, Chaplain Arnold
Thank you for all that you do.
